CCM Quality Foods holds the MHR Stamp required by law to enable farmers to sell on to third parties, either in freezer boxes, through Farm Shops or at Farmers' Markets.
After dropping livestock in at the CCM Skipton collection centre on a Monday and providing details of cutting requirements, there is nothing more for the farmer to do before collecting the meat on a pre–arranged date, vacuum-packed, boxed and labelled.
For all organic stock, Horners at Kilburn are used for slaughtering. We collect carcasses from Kilburn on a Monday and deliver them back, cut to the required specification, the following Monday.
