EXTENSION OF BLUE TONGUE PROTECTION ZONE
This week has seen DEFRA extend the Blue Tongue Protectoin Zone to cover the whole of North Yorkshire  (including Craven & Richmondshire), and Lancashire together with the remaining parts of Cheshire and neighbouring boroughs around Liverpool & Manchester.
This now means all our customers from Yorkshire, Lancashire and the English counties to the south can now resume normal trading at Skipton Auction Mart at what is a very important time of year.
Due to the change vendors are now not required to spray their trailers with insecticide or complete consignment forms.
For anyone wishing to discuss marketing or purchasing requirements, blue tongue vaccinations or general advice please contact one of our auctioneers at the Mart Office or mobile phone numbers below:
Jeremy Eaton - General Manager 07747 780481
