The professional and fully-accredited Butchery Service enables farmers to have their own stock meat cut, boxed and packed for onward sale.

The Cash and Carry Service offers all members of the public the opportunity to take advantage of special monthly deals on local beef, lamb, pork and speciality meats.

Many of our meat producers have farmed their land for generations, developing specific methods of farming, and this results in meat of superior flavour and texture, in addition to the environmental benefits as seen in the upper reaches of Wharfedale. 

Many producers are allied to country stewardship and farm assurance schemes to protect the livestock and landscape as we know it.  

CCM Quality Foods has also been granted its Certificate of Organic Accreditation, which was officially presented by HRH The Prince of Wales during his visit to CCM Skipton in February 2004. CCM has worked closely with the Soil Association's Yorkshire Organic Centre to achieve this certification.
