If you are looking to hire a room or venue in the Yorkshire Dales, look no further than The Mart Theatre. With a number of versatile spaces to choose from, The Mart Theatre makes a unique venue for corporate events and functions.

The Mart Theatre has many excellent facilities that are available to hire - whether you are looking for a room to hold a short meeting or a venue for a day-long conference, The Mart Theatre has something to suit you. The theatre's ideal location - on the edge of Skipton town centre and close to rail, bus and road links, including excellent free parking facilities - makes it an ideal choice for all corporate events. In addition, there is full catering on hand to provide teas, coffees, snacks or meals, catered to match your requirements. And we can even provide useful items such as flip charts, pens and overhead projectors for commercial and festival events.

Celebration parties, birthdays, weddings, civil marriages, religious and political bookings are all accepted. Business conferences are welcome. As a general rule, the theatre is not available for hire on Sundays. However, we can offer a large events space available for hire on Sundays. There are various spaces available, all with disabled access:

The Mart Theatre - seats 300 people, 220 tiered with 80 flat floor. Dressing room and technical support are available. Box office, bar and interval refreshments facilities are provided. The theatre is fairly soundproof and equipped with appropriate sound and lighting. Catering can be arranged.

The Exhibition Hall - accommodates 100 in a flexible layout. Being located by the main theatre space, it can act as a break away space or can be hired separately and is available for exhibitions, celebrations, small meetings and presentations.
