SWALEDALE

Judge Mr R Greenwood

1st K Huck sold for £145

2nd JM&S Tennant sold for £120

3rd AJ Mason sold for £95

Trade got away well with lambs not as strong on the year. Plenty of buyers seeking to improve and the popular runs saw first, second and third pens up on the year and pens lower down the run. Generally, no less than 2018, but small lambs more potential. Kevin Hucks Champion featured 2 lambs by the previous night’s Swaledale Ram Champion and as worthy winner made £145.
