A nice show of sheep saw lowland lambs 10-12p/kg dearer on the week, and hill lambs 5p dearer. Smart lambs 220p to 240p topping at 247.7p from Messrs J Shuttleworth, Green Farm, Rhylstone. Rob Lambert from Wigglesworth was next in line at 238p and 232p. In the lump, James Towler from Grindleton had top price of £108 each purchased by Nick Dalby.

Ewes were a fine trade, heavy Mules being especially good to sell.
