3,544 Prime & Cast Sheep

Spring Lambs: A few more about today but trade under pressure everywhere and prices down on the week

Prime & Lightweight Hoggs: A completely different story to last week with trade very slack and not much interest for heavy hoggs. Export weights were the best to sell, but lightweights and heavies were significantly less on the week as processors react to falling carcass values and buy sheep accordingly.

A big show of cast sheep saw heavies still in very good demand.
