Rearing Calves to £400X2 (54)

A handy show of calves this morning following a healthy number forward last week too. Best calves still to £400 twice with Joss Lancaster bringing a cracking run of young Blue Bulls ranging from 3-5 Weeks of age. A nice run of Continental calves met a up and down sort of trade with best calves selling well, but down a grade and calves were hard to place, heifers too.

A smattering of black and whites were well contested with a strong calf from Alf Townsend selling £95.

NB:Next week is dairy sale week with a solid entry of Dairy Cattle expected.
