134 Head of Cattle, 74 Goats and Sheep, 1 Pony. A good entry of cattle for the Monthly sale of Stirks, Weaned Calves and Young Stores. Cattle were dearer than most vendors expectations with a huge ringside of customers keen for the nice entry of quality reared calves to graze and grow on. The highlight of the Monthly sale of goats was a Toggenburg Nanny with Nanny kid at foot selling for £200!
